Enviro Jet has a CCTV Pipeline Inspection unit that is capable of providing a 360 degree pan & tilt color inspection of pipelines ranging from 6" to 30" in diameter. The fully enclosed unit consists of two separate compartments and runs off of a 5.5 kw generator. The waterproof & submersible camera is driven through the pipe by a multi-tracked crawler for distances of up to 1000' in one direction.
CONTROL CENTER
The front section of the truck houses the operational controls for the pipeline inspection camera, cable reel and video display. The control center is climate controlled via a roof mounted 15,000 btu HVAC unit. All video and computer equipment is hard mounted in a space efficient way to allow for easy operation. There is sufficient space for three people to comfortably view the inspection from the Control Center.
We are able to make duplicate copies of the inspection on a standard VHS tape simultaneously. This allows our Clients to take home a copy of the inspection on the same day, without waiting for an off-site dubbing process. While VHS tapes are nice, in today's high tech environment we realize that accessing a VCR at your office may be difficult. For that reason, our system also has the ability to convert the analog video signal into digital data in real time. Using a portable Laptop computer, we can record high quality digital footage of the inspection and "burn" a copy directly onto a CD Rom without leaving the truck! The CD Rom inspection has a very high quality and can be played on most computers.
EQUIPMENT PLATFORM
The rear section of the truck houses the inspection equipment including the pan & tilt camera and heavy grade industrial cable winch. Our camera system is powered by Aries Industries, a leader in the CCTV pipeline inspection field. For detailed information on each component of our video equipment set, follow the link to our vendor's website below:

We also mounted an additional monitor at the rear of the truck to allow the winch operator to watch the camera head as it is withdrawn from the pipeline. For larger groups who wish to view the inspection on-site, they may watch the inspection in real time at this location, allowing the Control Operator to perform his tasks without being over crowded.
