Jerry Coogan Bio:

Mr. Coogan possesses in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the Environmental Services business including emergency response, site assessment, decontamination, waste characterization, transportation, and disposal. He also has extensive experience as direct liaison with numerous regulatory agencies and representatives including but not limited to US EPA, USCG, OSHA, DOT, and many State Environmental Agencies. Jerry managed many large scale projects and contracts ranging in crew size from 10 to 1500 people and equipment purchases and negotiations from $10,000 to over $5,000,000.

George Wallace, III, CET, CHMM Bio:

Mr. Wallace is a business veteran with over 20 years of experience and knowledge of all aspects of the Environmental Services business including contracting, sales, emergency preparedness and response, site assessment, decontamination, waste characterization, transportation, and disposal. He also has extensive experience as a direct liaison with numerous regulatory agencies including but not limited to US EPA, USCG, PHMSA, OSHA, DOT, and many State Environmental Agencies. George has attended the USCG On Scene Coordinator and ICS 410 qualification program in Yorktown, VA in order to represent customers in a Unified Command setting during large scale incidents. He is a graduate of Salisbury University with a B.S. in Environmental Health and Safety. George has additionally been certified as a Certified Environmental Trainer (CET) as well as a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM). His knowledge of MEG’s commercial relationships and contracts propels his management of the company sales force.

Mr. Horyczun is 30 year seasoned financial professional with over 20 years’ experience in the environmental services industry. He is extremely knowledgeable in all phases of management and financial accounting as well as auditing and internal control. He has extensive experience in establishing and managing field accounting function for major projects.

Adam Libuser Bio:

Mr. Libuser has extensive experience in the management of all phases of Environmental operations including; cost management, personnel management, regulatory compliance, emergency response, remediation, customer service, accounting, and waste disposal. He has negotiated and managed contracts, in excess of $1,000,000, with both the private and public sector Adam has received training in ICS and attended the Advanced Incident Commander ICS-410 Course at the USCG Yorktown, VA Training Center and he has managed multiple large scale projects ranging from $5,000 to over $4,000,000.

He is a fully trained CSX Advanced Tank Car Specialist, is 40hr HAZWOPER Trained and has experience managing client relations for accounts that range from small businesses to Fortune 500 Companies and numerous government agencies.
