To become an NMSDC Certified MBE, a minority business must be at least 51% minority-owned, operated, and controlled. MEG was started by Jim Miller in 1971 and acquired by GenNx360 Capital Partners (“GenNx”), a minority-owned private equity firm, in 2019.
