Rudy Streng
Chief Executive Officer

Rudy Streng, Chief Executive Officer of Miller Environmental Group Inc. (MEG) brings over 30 years of environmental service experience to the company. Prior to joining MEG, Mr. Streng was the Senior Vice President of Operations at an Indianapolis based environmental services organization where he was responsible for the management and oversight of the Company’s 24 Service Centers.

Rudy began his career in environmental services as a chemist, but since that time has expanded his skills in different leadership roles including logistics, hazardous waste disposal, finance, customer service and sales. Mr. Streng’s core strengths include innovation, clear communication, team building, and the implementation of corrective action plans to influence higher profitability.

Rudy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New Hampshire.

Jerry Coogan
Chief Operating Officer

Jerry Coogan, Chief Operating Officer of Miller Environmental Group, Inc. (MEG) brings over 25 years of environmental services experience. Jerry has worked through the many positions within Miller Environmental, serving in field operations, managerial, and executive capacities prior to taking on the top leadership position at the company. Given his decades of experience and contributions to the company, Jerry has developed an expansive, in-depth knowledge of every aspect of the environmental products and services industry including emergency response, site assessment, decontamination, and waste characterization, transportation, & disposal, as well as the related fields of Health and Safety, Environmental Compliance, Operations Management, Emergency Management, and Incident Command Systems. Under Jerry’s leadership, Miller Environmental Group, Inc. operation’s team has expanded into a geographic footprint consisting of 30 locations in 13 states providing premier services to a client base that spans the entire continental US. Additionally, Jerry has infused the entire MEG organization with a professional tenured management team with a corporate culture that puts employee safety above all else and a reverence for exceeding client expectations with each and every job performed. Through his work with GenNx360, MEG’s parent company, Jerry and team have developed and executed plans to make strategic investments, build value, and deliver on commitments to stakeholders.

Olga Longan
Chief Financial Officer

Olga Longan has led a multi-industry career in finance and operations for mid-to-large sized enterprises. She helps them focus on investing time to fully develop annual strategic plans and consider potential opportunities for growth and resiliency, driving decision making that is rooted in financial analysis and back by numbers to identify the trajectory and end result.

A CFO for over 25 years, Olga’s highest proficiency lies in financial strategy, planning and analysis as well as process improvement in manufacturing (lean), supply chain, inventory optimization, and administrative processes in finance and IT. Her vast international competency is punctuated by her fluency in English, Spanish, Portuguese and French languages.

Olga brings deep industry experience in the fields of automotive, retail, manufacturing and consumer products. Her executive skillset as a collaborative and energetic leader proceeds her reputation as possessing a team-oriented, motivational, and decisive management style in developing dedicated finance teams.

Olga holds a BBA from Florida Atlantic University in Finance, and a double-concentration MBA from Mercer University in Atlanta in Finance and Accounting & Tax.

Jeff Dutzer
Chief Commercial Officer

For over 25 years, Jeff Dutzer has lead teams and organizations to great success in the world of environmental remediation. Jeff’s understanding on the importance of delivering value not only to stakeholders, but also to customers and employees has allowed his teams to consistently exceed financial targets. The sales & operation teams he leads are empowered and motivated each and every day.

Jeff’s in-depth knowledge of the solutions Miller Environmental Group Inc. has been providing to clients for 5 decades, allows him to understand the nuances and sensitive nature of the work within each industry MEG serves. Jeff has seen it all, so he is able to get creative with the services MEG provides to ensure operation procedures are safety focused and efficient,  while exceeding client’s expectations to increase retention for profitable recurring revenue growth.
