Miller Environmental Group Inc. (“MEG”), a leading provider of environmental and emergency response services in the Eastern United States announced on June 2, 2023, it has acquired AB Environmental Services (“AB”).
The combined company will have a footprint of 23 branch locations and 6 TSDF’s across the Northeast, Midatlantic, and Southeast regions in addition to the ability to respond to emergencies on a national basis through its National Solutions Services.
